Why I Started
I know what it feels like to put the work in and not see the results you want. Early on in my own training journey I went through months of frustration — training hard, eating what I thought was right, and getting nowhere. That experience is what drove me to learn everything I could about training and nutrition properly.
When I figured it out and saw my own body change — I wanted to help others do the same. That's what GS27 Fitness is built on. Not theory. Not textbook programmes. Real experience, real results, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to change your body.

Why I'm Different
Most PTs pick one lane — fat loss, or muscle building, or performance. I coach all three, because your body doesn't work in silos. The clients who get the best results are the ones who are lean, strong, and fit at the same time. That's what I build.
I don't take on hundreds of clients. Every person I work with gets a fully custom programme, full attention, and a coaching relationship that actually means something. The 15+ transformations on this site aren't bulk results — they're dedicated, real changes that required commitment from both sides.

I'm based in Southend-on-Sea and coach in-person at The Gym Group Southend. I also take on online clients anywhere in the UK through my 12 Week Transformation programme.
